Oceans and Seas

Oceans and Seas cover 70% of the Earth's surface. They have a large influence on global climate and weather patterns and are also a major source of nutrition.

The degradation of the oceans and seas seriously threatens food security and the eradication of poverty round the world. There is so much work to be done to protect this wonderful environment.

We must stop treating the sea as a global garbage can and protect all its natural wonders.

More than one million species of plants and animals live in the seas and oceans. say there may be as many nine million undiscovered yet.

We need to save the seas and the oceans ad make the world a better place for all of us...for generations to come.

Strength to Face Temptations

Sometimes, we face with temptations that looks like impossible for us to resist from falling for them. From time to time, we may have ended up giving into the temptations and sin.

Therefore, whenever we find that we are not strong enough to say no to those temptations, we should always pray to our heavenly father and ask him for his strength to handle them.

In Luke 22:40, Jesus told his followers to "Pray for strength against temptation".

Ways to Pray

• Pray humbly.


• Pray boldly, persisting in faith.


• Pray continually.


• Pray in faith for your need.


• Pray for others.


• Pray with praise.


• Pray in His name and will.


• Pray to receive.


• Pray with another in agreement.

Be a Winner

The winner is always part of the answer.
The loser is always part of the problem.
