Questions To Ask Before Praying

Before bringing a request to the Lord, ask:
If God granted this request...

Would it bring glory to Him?

Would it advance His Kingdom?

Would it help people?

Would it help me to grow spiritually?

Jesus and the Children

Some people brought little children to Jesus.
They wanted him to place his hands on the children and pray for them.

The disciples told the people to stop.
But Jesus asked the children to come to him.
"Let the little children come to me," he said.
"Don't keep them away. God's kingdom belongs to people like them."

Then he took the children in his arms.
He put his hands on them and blessed them.
